This policy explains how ArchiKPI collects and processes your personal data through this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller

Data we collect
Through this site we collect your email address when you join the waiting list, and your name, email and message when you use the contact form.
Privacy-friendly analytics collect aggregated, anonymous statistics (see “Cookies and analytics”).
Purposes and legal basis
Waiting list: to inform you about the launch (legal basis: your consent).
Contact form: to answer your request (legal basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by sub-processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting, European Union), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (site hosting and analytics).
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Waiting-list data: until you withdraw consent or until the service launches. Contact-form data: [period to specify, e.g. 24 months] after the last exchange.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@archikpi.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics), with no advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and does not set cookies that require your consent.
